Big Scoop Gourmet Burgers

All gourmet burgers are served open faced with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, unless otherwise noted. Served with your choice of chips, French fries, soup, side salad, smiley fries, waffle fries or onion rings. Onions upon request.

Bacon Burger - The best bacon and cheese burger in all of Skagit County. 1/4 lb. grilled burger topped off with crisp bacon slices and American cheese

Mushroom Burger - Tasty mushrooms, grilled just right, top our big juicy 1/4 lb. burger. This simply elegant creation, enhanced by Dijon mustard, defines the meaning of gourmet burgers. Served with Swiss cheese and your choice of grilled or raw onions.

Swiss Charolais - If you've never mastered the yodel, try the Swiss favorite. A 1/4 lb. beef patty topped with Swiss cheese and tender grilled onions. Add crisp bacon slices and "meat" the challenge.

Hawaiian Burger - Take 1/4 lb. burger and garnish it with grilled ham, pineapple, green pepper, and your choice of Swiss or American cheese. Just for the zest of it, we add a touch of barbeque sauce. You'll think you're in vacation land.

The Creamery Burger - Sink your teeth into this delight of cream cheese spread on the bottom bun and crisp bacon slices.

The Dipping Burger - A real fun, eblows-on-the-table, "hands on" experience. Served with choice of our piping hot Beef Au Jus or BBQ sauce. This 1/4lb burger is topped with Swiss cheese and your choice of grilled or raw onions.

Balu's Oyster Burger - Local fresh Blau's oysters are grilled to perfection and served to you on a sesame seed bun. This is bound to become one of Skagit Valley's favorites. Tarter sauce, and cocktail sauce are available upon request.

Chicken Licken Burger - Tender white chicken breast patty deep fried. This simply wonderful burger is served with your choice of American or Swiss cheese.

Garden Burger - Original garden burger grilled and served with your choice of American or Swiss cheese. This vegetarian patty is a combination of grains and vegetables and is a vegetarian delight.

San Juan Burger - Our 1/4lb beef patty is served with 1000 Island dressing, American cheese, and crisp bacon slices. This burger has long been considered the Gourmet Extravaganza by Island horsemen, and is now the feast of the town.

Avocado Burger - Juicy 1/4lb burger enhanced with avocado spread, crispy bacon slices and melted Swiss cheese.

Hot BBQ Sandwich - Your choice of ham, turkey, or roast beef served on a hoagie roll.
